Ease to Setup
Most display assemblies require a dozen complex steps, but at Packwins, we’ve simplified it to a few easy-to-follow steps. This streamlined process ensures quick setup, allowing businesses to focus on engaging with customers and boosting sales.
Step 1
Fold side panels inwards to create a box shape. Align metal bars in the bottom.
Step 2
Fold the base shelf over the two bars and clip the base sides to the side panels.
Step 3
Repeat this step for the remaining three shelves.
Step 4
Slot header card into the top back panel.

Once we have evaluated your products, we move on to the product packing stage. Here, we meticulously package each item to ensure it is both secure and visually appealing.
Step 3 - Display Assembly
Put the packed products into our custom-designed cardboard displays. Our team ensures that each product fits snugly and is arranged to maximize visual impact, creating an organized and attractive display that effectively showcases your brand.
Step 4 - Palletising
We carefully place the assembled displays onto pallets, optimizing space and stability for shipping, ensuring that your displays are securely prepared for transportation, minimizing the risk of damage and ensuring they reach their destination ready for immediate use.
Logistics and Shipping
Packwins sales will ask delivery address with post code for each new customer and new order, so that we can get most economic shippinig cost from forwarder to save your total cost. We handle all the necessary documentation and tracking, providing you with peace of mind and real-time updates as your displays make their way to their final destination, ready for immediate retail deployment.

The container floor shall be protected by a layer of paper.
The First Row Loaded
From the first row we show customers how the display cartons will be loaded.
Finished Loading
Display cartons are evenly placed in the contianer.
Door Closed
Customer will see clearly their container information.
Air Shipping
Sample or small order apply. Freight cost provided prior to order or shipping so that our customer get every penny under control.
Sea Shipping
Economic and bulk ship for mass production order. Customers have well planned their display order to allow a great time for sea shipping.
